Flip7 cards are spread across a surface, with the Flip7 box sitting on top.
Pretty cards, speedy play. Flip7 is flipping fun.

Flip cards. Earn points. Avoid doubles. How hard can it be?

Flip7 is a fast-paced, risk-reward card game you can play with as many players as you can fit around a table (even over a dozen would be fine). Over the course of a few rounds, the aim is to be the first to accumulate 200 points. Each round is a little like Blackjack, as you decide to stay or hit to earn as many points as possible. But if you get two of the same number card, you bust and you're out of the round.

The trick here is in the deck design. There's only one 0 and one 1, but then two 2s, three 3s, and so on up to twelve 12s. You want big numbers, but you never want to double up. So if you're holding a 12 do you hit again? Or do you bank your points to build toward the ultimate aim of 200?

All cards are placed on a blue table. Zero through 12, six modifier cards, and three special cards.
The cards are very pretty to look at too!

There's a few special cards, like Second Chance to help you push your luck further or Flip 3 which forces you to take the next three cards drawn. Plus modifier cards to add bonuses to your final tally for the round. But ultimately, you're deciding to hit or stay based on the core number cards and you're watching everyone around you take risks and encourage you to take some too.

The cards themselves are beautifully rendered. Really lovely, joyful vibes that make it all the more fun to play.

Beyond that there's no much else to it! It's really easy to explain and scoring is a breeze. The one tricky question was easily answered by the game's FAQ. (Does a x2 modifier apply before or after a +x modifier? Before. You only x2 the normal number cards.)

This one has an RRP of $29.95 but is already found for between $15-$20 at major retailers. An easy price to pop this in alongside Uno in your card game stash.
